  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). AxionsFrontier does not store credit card numbers.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

AxionsFrontier processes personal data under the following GDPR legal bases:

  • Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfill our service agreements with clients.

4. Data Retention

AxionsFrontier retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Client project data is retained for 24 months after project completion. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request early deletion at any time.

AxionsFrontier uses the following categories of cookies:

  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., cookie acceptance status) to provide a personalized experience. Stored via localStorage.
  • Analytics Cookies: AxionsFrontier does NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. No behavioral profiling is conducted.

3. localStorage Usage

AxionsFrontier uses browser localStorage to persist your cookie acceptance preference. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any external server. The localStorage key used is axf_cookies_accepted.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may impair site functionality. As AxionsFrontier does not deploy tracking cookies, disabling non-essential cookies will have minimal impact on your experience.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by AxionsFrontier, registered at Calle Don Quijote 18, 1, Planta Baja E, Borox, Toledo, Spain. It governs all refunds for digital services, consulting, and project-based work.

2. Project Milestones and Refunds

AxionsFrontier operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refund eligibility is determined by the project phase at the time of cancellation:

  • Pre-Discovery Phase: Full refund minus administrative processing fee of 5% if cancelled before the initial discovery meeting.
  • Discovery Phase Complete: 50% refund of the discovery phase fee if cancelled before design work commences.
  • Development Phase: No refund for completed milestones. Refund available only for milestones not yet initiated.
  • Post-Launch: No refunds available after final delivery and client acceptance.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Custom design work and prototypes already created
  • Third-party license fees paid on behalf of the client
  • Domain registration and hosting setup fees
  • Consulting hours already rendered

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact AxionsFrontier at [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a refund dispute arises, AxionsFrontier commits to good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation through the Spanish Mediation Center or resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Toledo, Spain.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of AxionsFrontier, registered at Calle Don Quijote 18, 1, Planta Baja E, Borox, Toledo, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AxionsFrontier provides web development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, cloud infrastructure, and related digital services. All services are delivered as described in individual project proposals and statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients of AxionsFrontier are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback
  • Delivering required assets (images, copy, brand guidelines) within agreed timelines
  • Designating a primary point of contact for project communication
  • Making payments according to the agreed milestone schedule

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, AxionsFrontier assigns all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work to the client. This includes source code, design files, and documentation created specifically for the project. AxionsFrontier retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

5. Confidentiality

AxionsFrontier treats all client business information as confidential. Neither party shall disclose proprietary information to third parties without written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 36 months.

6. Limitation of Liability

AxionsFrontier's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. AxionsFrontier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Project Timelines

All project timelines provided by AxionsFrontier are estimates. Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, delayed asset delivery) may extend the project schedule. AxionsFrontier will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, AxionsFrontier will deliver all work completed to date and issue an invoice for work performed. The Refund Policy governs any applicable refunds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toledo, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Modifications

AxionsFrontier reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
